I've been inside half a dozen MSPs. Not as a consultant passing through, but closely enough to understand how they operate, how they sell, and how they talk about themselves.

Every one of them believed they were different from their competitors. And they were right. The problem was none of them could articulate it in a way a cold prospect would recognize. They all used the same language. Proactive. Comprehensive. Trusted partner. Words that could belong to anyone.

After years of watching good operators lose deals they should have won, I developed a methodology for pulling the real differentiation out, from the team, from the ops, from the stories, and turning it into language that actually holds up.
